These programmes are tailor made for small groups and designed to encourage group ownership and participation. They are specifically aimed to help improve and promote mental and physical well-being through outdoor adventure activities. The programme will run over a 6 week period and can include a progressive learning experience in one activity for example hill walking and navigation or it can be a combination of activities over the 6 week period. Participants will be encouraged to help design their programme to suit their needs, explore their goals and review the progress of the programme both from an individual and group perspective.
